GPKnives is one of the largest retailers of cultery in the Midwest. We currently stock over four thousand unique products—everything from feature-grade knives all the way up to high-end custom pieces that can sometimes range in the thousands of dollars. We are family owned and operated. At the moment we have eight employees so we are small enough to still give that individual support to customers when needed.
SwiftOtter was able to help us install some of the module for Magento that we weren’t able to do ourselves. Things like product stock notifications, point of sale system (which is something we never thought we would be able to do on our own) and credit card automation which has allowed our customers to have a smoother checkout experience.
On our more urgent problems, they have been able to resolve them in minutes. On our larger projects, they keep us informed and even send out a weekly update so we know where the project is along the process.
They have helped both us and our customers. Automated tasks have been sped up tremendously, and our customers really like some of the new features that we’ve been able to install with the SwiftOtter team.
