Known issues

We wish we could say everything goes smoothly, but that's not the case. We are currently experiencing a few issues on SwiftOtter.com.

The story

SwiftOtter.com has migrated to Vue Storefront (with Magento 2 on the backend). It's our goal to provide transparency on the current list of problems.

The problems

• After switching currency, the previous currency symbol can show with the new price.
• When switching payment methods, you will get an error after clicking "Place Order". This is due to the payment nonce not being refreshed.
• We have heard reports of problems on our Contact Us form and are reviewing this.
