Your hours last as long as your subscription status. If you are currently on the Advanced plan, your hours last 12 months. If you aren't, they last for 6 months.
You may have expired hours if you choose to downgrade from the Advanced plan. We'll discuss this with you to ensure you make an informed decision.
Before we commence development, we will provide you with an estimate. This is our best judgment based on our extensive experience. Once approved, we get to work, keeping you appraised of our status. If it looks like we will need more time, we let you know as early as possible.

SwiftOtter support is pre-paid. We will bill you for the desired hours (minimum of 10). This essentially funds a "bank account" we will draw down on as we work. We will apply the hourly rate based on the platform and Advanced subscription status.
