Ashlee Colliver

I've spent my career at the intersection of eCommerce strategy and client relationships, and I'm genuinely good at both. I came up through some of the most demanding agency environments in the space, where I led client services, built and scaled teams, and helped merchants grow in ways that showed up in their actual numbers. I joined SwiftOtter because the mission resonated: do excellent work, treat people well, and care about outcomes that matter to the merchant, not just the deliverable.

Location and Scenery
Branson, Missouri, though my roots are in Arkansas and I wouldn't trade either place.

Special Skills
Translating complex eCommerce challenges into clear strategy clients can act on. I also have a sharp eye for where agency-client relationships go sideways, and how to keep that from happening.

Fun Fact
I'm a proud mom to Kealee, who is officially off doing her thing in college now. (Still adjusting to how fast that happened.)

What do you like to do to unwind outside of work?
I make handcrafted candles and sell them at local markets, alongside my husband. There's something really grounding about making something with your hands and watching people find the one they love.
