Teresa Ciancimino

Teresa has spent over 12 years in eCommerce, starting in customer service for an online luxury retailer and working her way through operational and brand consulting before making the move to the agency side in 2021. That path gave her something not everyone in this industry has: she's seen it from the inside out. She knows what it feels like to be the client trying to get something built, and that shapes everything about how she partners with people now. Helping bring a client's vision to life and watching the ROI land is, in her words, the best part of the job.

Location & Scenery

Long Beach, California. Close to the ocean without being in it. The food scene is great, the vibe is welcoming, and the smell of the ocean never gets old even if you'd rather look at it than swim in it.

Special Skills

Board games and random trivia. Uno, Clue, Scene It, Monopoly. She is competitive and she will win. Professionally, she's especially strong at turning complex client relationships into long-term partnerships.

Fun Fact

She is a published poet. Also her only celebrity sighting ever was Kobe Bryant, which she considers a full life achievement.

Outside of Work

Her most rewarding title is Mom, and that same energy is how she shows up for clients every day.
