GenStudio for Performance Marketing

This tool helps marketers automate content creation by generating end-to-end campaigns with on-brand copy, images, and video (coming soon), all within brand guidelines. These campaigns can be automatically deployed and monitored with AI-powered insights and A/B testing.

Experience Manager Sites

This is the new Experience Manager, an enterprise-grade content management system. Create and publish content in Adobe’s Document Authoring, Google Docs, or Office 365. GenAI has been integrated to create personalized and brand-aware content.

Edge Delivery Services / Project Franklin / Helix

This is the toolset that Experience Manager Sites uses to display a website. It’s lightning-fast and uses essential coding technologies. Adobe Commerce Storefront is rendered as a part of this.

Brand Concierge / Dynamic Chat

This AI-powered chatbot guides customers through their journey from discovery to purchase. It is built on the Agent Orchestrator and interacts with customers via text or voice. It leverages product, brand, and customer data for functional but commercially motivated responses. In a B2B context, it can tailor content based on existing relationships and even book follow-up meetings.

Experience Manager Assets

This is a digital asset management (DAM) system that stores and optimizes digital assets (images, videos, documents, etc.) and provides features such as metadata management, version control, asset workflows, and automated tagging using AI.

Experience Manager Sites Optimizer

This is an AI-powered site overseer. This agent identifies problems with your website (SEO, page speed, content performance, security, and accessibility) and provides solutions. It can even automatically implement these recommendations.

Experience Platform Agent Orchestrator

This provides ten Adobe-built AI agents that can be used across the Experience platform. These work with the Brand Concierge to guide customers' journeys with relevant information.

Commerce (Magento 2)

This is Adobe’s eCommerce solution. It is an open-source platform hosted by Adobe (Cloud) or a third-party provider (on-premise). It maintains best-in-class merchandising and fulfillment features, perfect for highly customized installations.

Commerce as a Service

Adobe’s next-generation eCommerce platform. While it maintains similarities to Adobe Commerce (Magento 2), it’s a headless system designed to reduce the total cost of ownership. It uses several other tools, like Adobe Commerce Storefront and the Adobe Catalog Data Model, to provide a hyper-fast visitor experience.

Commerce Optimizer

A bundle of products to replace the content side of an eCommerce system. It’s targeted at legacy Magento 2, SalesForce Commerce Cloud, SAP, etc., merchants who want to improve their customer experience (and SEO) but don’t want to spend the money for a full replatform. It includes Adobe Commerce Storefront, Edge Delivery Services (with document authoring), AI-powered capabilities (Adobe Firefly), and metrics dashboards.

Commerce Storefront

The visitor experience for Adobe Commerce as a Service or Adobe Commerce Optimizer. This is a “headless” system, which is disconnected from the business processing systems (this allows for faster speeds).

These were announced at Adobe Summit 2025.

  • Account Qualification Agent: used in a B2B context. Delivers tailored content based on existing account relationships and can book follow-up meetings.
  • Audience Agent: automatically creates audiences and buying groups to provide quality personalization. This leverages findings in Audience Manager.
  • Content Production Agent: This agent handles repetitive content production tasks like resizing and scaling content.
  • Data Insights Agent: This agent provides intelligent analytics analysis to understand how customers interact with a brand.
  • Data Engineering Agent: This processes data and helps with data integration, cleansing, and security tasks to connect disparate data systems.
  • Experimentation Agent: This identifies what drives customer conversion. It finds opportunities to improve performance and guides optimization efforts.
  • Journey Agent: Helps marketing teams identify opportunities for optimizing the customer journey.
  • Product Advisor Agent: Interacts with customers to guide them to the ideal product for their needs.
  • Site Optimization Agent: Identifies opportunities to improve engagement, search engine optimization, and overall traffic.
  • Workflow Optimization Agent: Oversees projects and alerts for areas that may cause the project to go off-track.

Adobe Experience Platform provides tools that gather information about your customers from different places and organize it into a complete picture that updates in real time. Adobe Analytics then helps you understand what people are doing on your website or app through easy-to-read charts and reports, while Real-Time CDP uses this knowledge to immediately send personalized messages that feel relevant to each customer, whether they're browsing your site, opening an email, or seeing your ad elsewhere online.

This tool, similar to Google Analytics 4, provides a detailed understanding of how people interact with your website and apps. Behind the scenes, Workfront keeps everything on track by organizing all the tasks, timelines, and approvals needed to turn great marketing ideas into finished campaigns without the usual chaos.

This determines which campaign messaging converts best. Instead of guessing what might work better or waiting weeks to see results, it quickly tells you which changes made the most significant difference so you can continuously improve customer communication.

Marketo Engage

This helps businesses track and nurture relationships with potential customers. It works as a central hub where marketing teams can plan, run, and measure their outreach campaigns—whether that's sending emails, tracking website visitors, or following up with leads. It automatically tracks sales channels, personalizes messages based on customer behavior, and segments audiences into targeted groups.

Workfront

Jira for creative campaigns. It’s a project management tool that helps teams stay organized, collaborate efficiently, and keep work moving smoothly. It’s designed to streamline workflows, making it easier for businesses to manage projects, track progress, and deliver outstanding, timely results.
